Selected Work

A few things I’ve built, led, or helped turn into something useful.

01

Co-Founder · Front-End / Product Engineering

An AI-assisted study platform focused on turning coursework into structured practice and helping students better understand how their study process is working.

  • Next.js
  • React
  • TypeScript
  • FastAPI
  • PostgreSQL
  • Qwen

LA Hacks · ElevenLabs Challenge Winner

An AR accessibility prototype exploring English-to-ASL communication through voice input, local AI, and a constrained spatial interface.

  • TypeScript
  • FastAPI
  • Qwen
  • ElevenLabs
  • Local inference

03

A computer-vision coaching prototype that analyzes striking video and turns pose landmarks into repeatable feedback on guard, chin position, and stance.

  • Python
  • OpenCV
  • MediaPipe
  • Streamlit
  • pytest
  • GitHub Actions

04

A full-stack learning application that turns course material into active-recall practice and saves learner progress across sessions.

  • React

04 — Experience

Where I’ve been building

  1. Oct. 2026 – Present now

    Calibrate

    Co-Founder · Front-End / Product Engineering

Lead front-end engineering and core product experience across the study workflow.

  2. Oct. 2026 – Present now

    Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory

    Student Assistant

Continuing automation and workflow-improvement work within the Molecular Foundry following my summer internship.

  3. Jun. 2026 – Aug. 2026

    Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory

    AI & Data Automation Intern

Built AI-assisted finance workflows that organized unstructured requests into structured, trackable records so analysts could review, assign, search, and follow up more consistently across operations supporting roughly $50M/year.

  4. Dec. 2025 – Apr. 2026

    HackHayward

    Technical Team Lead

Led technical operations for a 150+ participant hackathon and built automation that helped distribute $10K+ in sponsor credits without duplicate sends or manual rework.

  5. 2025 – 2026

    Ways Home Care LLC

    Regional Coordinator

Improved onboarding and scheduling workflows for 20+ caregivers, reducing document processing from five days to two while maintaining 98% shift coverage.

  6. 2016 – 2018

    U.S. Army

    Signal Support Systems Specialist

Maintained and troubleshot tactical networks and secure communications equipment while training soldiers on system operation and diagnostics.
